Patients are politely requested not to attend the practice should they be suffering with any of the following symptoms
Covid illness symptoms
Sore/dry throat
Have you or any member of their household had a confirmed Covid-19 diagnosis in the last 10 days
Cough
Cold / congestion
Are you or any member of your household awaiting a Covid-19 PCR test result
Headache/sinus pain
Fever / Temperature
Have you or any member of your household been asked to self-isolate by any NHS organisation within the last 10 day
Lethargy / weakness / tiredness
Loss of smell / taste
Have you travelled internationally in the last 10 days to a country on the government red list
If you have been exposed to Covid-19 and/or have ANY cold illness symptoms – You MUST CANCEL your routine scheduled appointments! Please call us on 01326 312 264 for advice.
